THE LAW
of 24 January 1997
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 41 / 1993 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of copies or copies with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature by the municipal authorities and on the issuing of certificates by the authorities of municipalities and district offices
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 41 / 1993 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of copies or copies with the instrument and on the authenticity of the signature by the municipal authorities and on the issuing of certificates by the municipal authorities and by the district authorities, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the law, the following words shall be inserted after the words "and on the authenticity of the signature ':
2. In Article 1 (1), the words "the offices of urban districts or the offices of urban areas (hereinafter referred to as the" municipal office ") which directs the matrix 'shall be replaced by the words" the town district office or the office of the district office which heads the registry, and the district office (hereinafter referred to as the "office"). "
3. In the first sentence of Article 1 (2), the following shall be inserted after the words "even the municipal office ':" or the local authority'.

"(3) Visibility or legalisation shall be carried out by a district office staff member in writing authorised by the district office's preferred office and, at the other offices, by their secretary or by his or her staff member in writing; (2) the verification shall be carried out by the mayor or by his authorised staff of the Office or by a member of the municipal council (hereinafter referred to as" authorised staff "), if no other official is appointed by the other authorities. ';
5. In § 2 at the end of the sentence the word "municipal 'is deleted and in the sentence" municipal' is deleted.
6. In Paragraph 3 (1), the word "municipal 'is deleted.
7. In Article 3 (3), the word "municipal 'shall be deleted from the introductory wording.
8. In Article 4 (2), the following is inserted after the words "valid official certificate ':" issued by a State authority'.
9. In Paragraph 4 (6), the word "municipal 'is deleted.
10. In § 6, first sentence, the word "municipal" is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
