repealing Decree No 112 / 1957 of the Minister of Finance of the Ú. l., on the local charge on flats, as amended
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic pursuant to § 2 paragraph 1 of Act No. 82 / 1952 Coll., on Local Charges, provides:
They are hereby repealed for the territory of the Czech Socialist Republic:
1st Finance Minister's Order No 112 / 1957 Ú. l., on the local charge on flats,
2. Paragraph 16 of Decree No. 161 / 1960 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., which abolishes certain local fees and regulates the regulations on the local fee of dogs.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1985.
