Point 3 is correct to read: "In Paragraph 14 (2), the word" urban ', as shown in brackets, is deleted. The other provisions in which the word "urban" is inserted after the word "local" in brackets, in § 14 (3), § 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 31, 47, 48, 49, 50, 53, 61, 76, 79, 92 and 93; the words "participate in education" shall be replaced by the words "organise education."'

Paragraph 4 of Annex 3 to Decree No 130 / 1975 Coll. is to read as follows:
"(4) The functional disability shall be compared to the indications referred to in the preceding paragraphs where the diseases and defects not listed in this Annex significantly restrict mobility. ';
