about the rewards for the state prices of Klement Gottwald.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours of Recognition:
The State Prizes of Klement Gottwald awarded pursuant to Decree No. 147 / 1950 Coll., on State Prizes, and Decree No. 7 / 1955 Coll., on the State Prizes of Klement Gottwald, are linked to the remuneration which is
in the first group (works, performances or discoveries from the field of social, natural, mathematical, medical and technical sciences) 40,000 KKS,
in the second group (excellent inventions and improvements in production process methods) 30.000 CZK,
in the third group (works or performances from the field of writing, art, theatre, music, art and documentary cinematography and used graphics) 20.000 Kčs.
Paragraph 3 (1) and (5) of Decree-Law No 147 / 1950 Coll. is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
