of 25 April 1956
about honest recognition in physical education and sport.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours, as amended by the Legal Measures of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 14 / 1956 Coll.:
For the award of athletes, trainers, coaches and other physical workers who have earned the development and success of physical education and sport,
1. introduce honorary titles
(a) "A deserving worker in physical education and sport,"
(b) "Proper Master of Sport,"
(c) "Proper Trainer,"
(d) "Proper Coach,"
(e) "Master of Sport,"
(f) "Sample trainer,"
(g) "Model coach";
2. Expresses public recognition.
Honorable degrees.
(1) The honorary title "A deserving worker in physical education and sport" is awarded to particularly deserving and extremely excellent staff in physical education and sport, who have worked selfishly in the physical movement for at least 15 years and have made a significant contribution to the achievements achieved by Czechoslovak physical education and sport.
(2) This honorary title is awarded by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
(1) The Honorary title "A deserving sport champion" is awarded to particularly excellent athletes who have achieved extraordinary sporting achievements and have celebrated the name of Czechoslovak physical education and sport.
(2) The honorary titles "Deserved Trainer" and "Deserved Trainer" are awarded to particularly deserving and excellent trainers and trainers who have worked selflessly in the physical movement for at least 10 years, have excelled in the enthusiastic training (coaching) activities and have raised more excellent trainers and athletes or entire collective.
(3) These honorary degrees are awarded by the Government on a proposal from the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic.
(1) The Honorary title "Master of Sport" is awarded to excellent athletes who have achieved high sports championships and extraordinary sports results.
(2) The Honorary Titles "Sample Trainer" and "Sample Trainer" are awarded to trainers whose outstanding achievements in physical training (coaching) work significantly exceed the performance and results of other trainers and coaches, and who have become an exemplary and enthusiastic model for following through all their duties.
(3) These honorary degrees are awarded by the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, usually on a proposal from the central body of the gym where the trainer or trainer works.
The State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic lays down detailed conditions for the award of honorary degrees "Deserved Master of Sport" and "Master of Sport."
(1) Workers who have been awarded an honorary degree will also be given a certificate of honorary degree (diploma).
(2) Honorary degrees are associated with the right to wear an honorary badge.
(3) The Diploma and Honorary Badge will be handed over to the Honorary Chairman of the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, in the case of the person to whom it will entrust.
An honorary gift or an honorary salary may be granted in the award of the Honorary Degree "Researcher in Physical Education and Sport '; they are awarded by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
Public recognition.
(1) There is public recognition for workers who have received merit from their innovative and dedicated work on the development of physical education and sport.
(2) Public recognition is demonstrated by the Chairman of the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic.
(3) Workers who have received public recognition will be given a certificate (diploma).
Final provision.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they are carried out by the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport of the Czechoslovak Republic.
