Government Regulation
of 21 December 1948
on the entitlement to the service of certain civil servants for the period of training in arms (professional exercises).
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 210 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (Law of 24 June 1926):
State employees whose service and salary ratios are governed by government regulations or regulations issued under Paragraph 210 (1) of the Staff Act shall be entitled to a service salary for the duration of the training in arms (professional exercises), unless they are already entitled to it under the existing regulations.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1948; All members of the government will do it.
