Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 149 / 2022 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by the Energy Regulatory Authority on 30 May 2022 of 28 March 2022 amending the ERO Decision No 8 / 2021 of 30 November 2021 setting out the related services in electricity and other regulated prices, the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No. 2 / 2022 of 10 May 2022 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No 7 / 2021 of 30 November 2021 of 30 November 2021 on the Energy Act on the Energy Law on the Energy Law on the Energy Law on the Energy Law of 20 / 2022 on Products.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published the Energy Regulatory Authority price decision No 1 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 March 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 2 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 10 May 2022, in the Energy Regulatory Authority of 3 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 May 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 4. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activity gained by the Energy Regulatory Authority price decision No 1 / 2022 on 1 April 2022 and the Energy Regulatory Authority price decision No 2 / 2022 on 10 May 2022. The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 3 / 2022 shall take effect on 1 January 2023, with the exception of points 2.2 and 2.3, which shall take effect on 3 June 2022.
