of 10 June 2015
on the total quantity of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2014
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 17d (4) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, declares, for the purpose of determining the annual amount of the special charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the total amount of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2014, for which electricity market participants and gas market participants pay the price for the clearing of the market operator in accordance with price regulations:
1. The total amount of electricity for which electricity market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2014 in accordance with price regulations was
56 749 058,16 MWh.
2. The total amount of gas at which gas market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2014 in accordance with price regulations
77 038 314,879 MWh.
