amending Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Employment Act
In Article 78 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., the sentence "For the purposes of determining the amount of the contribution, the actual wage costs are reduced by an amount corresponding to the amount of the grant in kind."
Transitional provision
The grant of a contribution to support the employment of disabled persons for the period prior to the effective date of this Act shall be governed by legislation effective until the effective date of this Act.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar quarter following its publication.
