Notice of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on the issue of a decree issuing a list of employment included in the first and second categories of employment for pension purposes at the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences

Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
issued pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, Decree of 24 April 1990 No. F 32- 15929- 7203- 140390, issuing a list of employment categories for pension purposes in the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences. By issuing a new income for the inclusion of employment in the first and second categories of employment for pension purposes, the current legislation was replaced, the presidium of the ČSAV Directive of 14.11.1978 No 68674- 17 / 78, which published the list of employment for pension purposes in the first and second categories, as amended.
The yield shall take effect on 1 May 1990.
The proceeds were sent to the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, the Ministries of Health and Social Affairs of the Republic and to the pension authorities for which it can be consulted.
