repealing Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry No. 30 / 1966 Coll., on the sale of certain agricultural products to workers of state goods and other state organisations with agricultural production
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition provides, pursuant to § 391 (3) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended (full version No. 45 / 1983 Coll.), in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance after consultation with the Central Committee of the Department of Agriculture Workers' Association:
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry No. 30 / 1966 Coll., on the sale of certain agricultural products to workers of state goods and other state organisations with agricultural production, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 17 / 1969 Coll., is repealed 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1985.

1) The new legislation was implemented by the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of 17.12.1984 entitled FM 01-2110 / 1984 on the sale of agricultural products to workers of state organisations and joint agricultural holdings with agricultural production.
