Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic

on the granting of recruitment allowances and other benefits to residents in the Sokolov region
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic provide, pursuant to Sections 18 and 19 of Government Decree No. 92 / 1958 Coll., implementing Act No. 70 / 1958 Coll., on the tasks of enterprises and national committees in the field of labour management, pursuant to Section 61 of the Act No. 49 / 1959 Coll., on Uniform Agricultural Cooperatives, and pursuant to Section 12 of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, in the Agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Planning of the Czech Socialist Republic and other participating Central Authorities and with the Czech Council of Trade Unions:
The provisions of Decree No 62 / 1970 Coll., on the provision of recruitment allowances and other benefits to residents in the defined territory of the border, with the exception of the demarcated territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (§ 2) and on important pre-defined posts, which must be filled as a priority in the interests of the comprehensive development of the region, shall apply to the provision of recruitment contributions and other benefits to residents in the defined territory of the border, with the exception of the provisions of § 1, § 2 (1) and (2), § 5 and 7.
(1) The Sokolov region comprises the following municipalities and settlements:
(a) from the district of Sokolov: Břehová (without the settlements Kamenice and Lobzy), Bukovany, Citice, Dasnice, Habartov, Chlum, Chodov, Hranichov, Jehličná, Králové Poříčí, Kynvěk (without the settlements of Dvorečky, Kamenný Dvěr, Libava, Podlesí, Výdá, Zlatá), Libění Úvale, Lipnice, Nové Sedlo, Sokolov, Old Chodovská, Old Sedlo, Svatava, Vintířov, settlement Horní Pochlovice (from the village of Kacerov);
(b) from Karlovy Vary: Heavenly, Jenisov, Peace, New Role.
(2) The designated places in the Sokolov region will be designated by the Regional National Committee, in accordance with the proposals of the state and cooperative organisations and the facilities of the social organisations, with the agreement of the West Bohemian National Committee, in whose area these designated places are located. In determining the designated places, it shall proceed in accordance with § 2 (3) of Decree No 62 / 1970 Coll.
(1) A recruitment allowance is granted in the Sokol region
(a) in organisations of agriculture, forestry, mining, construction and production of building materials of 5000 Kcs. Half of this amount shall be paid on taking-up, the other half after five years of working (member) ratio;
(b) in other industrial organisations, in organisations of trade, education, health, social security and transport in the amount of 3000 CZK. At the time of boarding, 2000 CZK shall be paid, the remaining amount after five years of the employment (member) ratio.
(2) Paragraph 11 (3) of Decree No 62 / 1970 Coll., also applies to the residences which enter a specified place from the Sokolean region in the border territory of Category I or Category II. * *)
This decree does not apply to personnel recruited in the Sokol region by the National Committees to whom the recruitment allowances and other benefits under other regulations belong.
The recruitment allowance and other benefits also belong to citizens who entered the employment (member) ratio at the designated place in the Sokolovské region between 16 September 1970 and the date of entry into force of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
