COMMUNICATION

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs

of 25 May 2022

imposing collective agreements of a higher degree

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:

1. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 29 November 2021 between the Contracting Parties

KOVO Trade Union

and

Association of Aerospace Manufacturers, p.

2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers

and

The employment association of the mining and diesel industry;

3. Appendix 3 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2019 - 2024 of 2 April 2019, concluded on 4 April 2022 between the Contracting Parties

Trade Union Construction of the Czech Republic

and

Union of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia

and

The Union of Entrepreneurs in Construction.
