DECISION
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 12 June 2013
repealing the emergency situation for the territory of the Liberec Region
In accordance with Article 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on Security of the Czech Republic, Government of the Czech Republic
delete
for the territory of the Liberec Region, from 24.00 hours on 12 June 2013 emergency status, declared by the Government Decision of 2 June 2013, published under No. 140 / 2013 Coll., from 21.00 hours on 2 June 2013.
This Decision shall take effect on 12 June 2013 from 24.00.
