GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 April 2012
determining the level of reimbursement of the cost of the emergency care service provider's preparedness for emergency and emergency situations from the state budget
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 374 / 2011 Coll., on Medical Rescue Service:
Amount of remuneration
The amount of the annual reimbursement of the cost of the emergency care service provider's preparedness for emergency and emergency situations from the state budget shall be CZK 10 per person with permanent or reported residence in the territory of the relevant region on 31 December of the previous calendar year.
Validity of payment
Reimbursement shall be paid to health-care emergency service providers by 30 June of the relevant calendar year.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
