of 2 July 1999
amending Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll., No. 115 / 1997 Coll., No. 233 / 1997 Coll., No. 56 / 1998 Coll., No. 141 / 1998 Coll., No. 261 / 1998 Coll., No. 331 / 1998 Coll., No. 335 / 1998 Coll., No. 30 / 1999 Coll., and No. 51 / 1999 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex D, Part II - NUCLEAR MATERIALS, the heading "2844 40 11 Ferro - uranium 'is deleted.
2. In Annex D, Part II - NUCLEAR MATERIALS for items:

a dash and the words "IMPORT ONLY 'shall be added after the word designation of each of these items.
3. In Annex D, Part II - NUCLEAR MATERIALS for tariff item "8401 30 00 Unburned (irradiated) fuel elements (cartridges, files); It also concerns those fuel cells containing the fuel produced from uranium extracted in the Czech Republic for the purpose of their production - only IMPORT. 'the quantitative limit on imports, expressed as" 5 pieces', is replaced by "540 pieces'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
