DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition

amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition Decree No. 84 / 1978 Coll., on the issue of basic conditions for the supply of repairs to agricultural equipment
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Article 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., in the full version published under No. 80 / 1989 Coll.:
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition Decree No. 84 / 1978 Coll., issuing the basic conditions for the supply of repairs to agricultural equipment, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (3), the following point (c) is added:
"(c) modernisation and conversion of machinery (groups)."
2. In Paragraph 1 (4), the words "to which spare parts are no longer produced (do not import), or those, are deleted."
3. The following paragraph 5 is inserted in Section 1:
"(5) The provisions of Part Two of this Decree also apply to the modernisation and conversion of the machine (group). '

The conditions for taking the machine (group) into repair and its functional characteristics after repair shall be laid down by technical standards and, where appropriate, agreed technical and delivery conditions (hereinafter referred to as "technical standards"). ';
5. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "under special provisions 2) 'are deleted; footnote 2 is deleted at the same time.
6. In Article 4 (4), the words "within the time limits laid down by the organisational conditions [Paragraph 2 (1) (b)] 'are deleted.
7. In Article 6 (1), the conclusion of the sentence behind the semicolon is deleted; footnote 3 is deleted at the same time.
8. In Section 8, the last sentence is deleted and footnote 4 is deleted.
9. Paragraph 14 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The guarantee period shall be six months. ';
10.
Maintenance (inspections) and repair of agricultural equipment, including the removal of common disorders, shall be provided by repair organisations in a supplier's way. ';
11. in Paragraph 22, paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted. Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 2.
12. § 26 is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
