on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1976
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
Determination of the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 61 785 439 000 Kčs, |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou (příloha č. 1). | 61 785 439 000 Kčs |
(2) The state budget of the Republic shall include:
| souhrnný finanční vztah rozpočtů národních výborů ke státnímu rozpočtu republiky (dotace ze státního rozpočtu republiky) ve výší | 7 774 000 000 Kčs |
| a účelové subvence poskytované ze státního rozpočtu republiky do rozpočtů národních výborů ve výši (příloha č. 2). | 9 503 500 000 Kčs |
Empowerment
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister for Finance, may, if this does not undermine its balance, reflect in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Slovak Socialist Republic's national economy and organisational changes, adjust the global financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies to the national committees if the assumptions under which those relations with the state budget of the Republic have been established change.
The Act SNR No. 122 / 1971 Coll., on the budgetary determination of the proceeds of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions and their management, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (c) reads as follows:
"(c) the yield of the social security contribution shall be the income of the State budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic, with the exception of the social security contribution from organisations managed by the national committees, which shall be entered in the budgets of the national committees."
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1976.
