of 28 May 1946
amending and supplementing the Government Decree of 15 July 1927, No. 105 Coll., on the official titles of Czechoslovak State Railways officials.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 210, paragraph 1 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the salary law) within the meaning of § 20 of the Decree of 5 March 1927, No 15 Coll., on the modification of the pay and service conditions of the employees of Czechoslovak State Railways:
Paragraph 2 (1) and (2) of Decree-Law No 105 / 1927 Coll. is amended as follows:
(1) The title of the officials shall be determined by service classes and scales as follows:

(2) The title name of the official candidate in 1st service class is the name of the "associate," in 2nd service class "elév," in 3rd service class "aspirant," in 4th service class "intern."
Paragraph 3 of Decree-Law No 105 / 1927 Coll. is added and reads as follows:
The title houses of officials and civil servants shall be determined taking account of the official categories as follows:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication and shall apply in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Transport.
