on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the announcement of elections to regional councils
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), Article 16 (2) and taking into account Article 17 (1) of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituencies Nos 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65, 68, 71, 74, 77, 80 and I will set the dates for Friday 20 September and Saturday 21 September 2024.
II.
According to Article 3 (1) of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Regional Councils and on the amendment of certain laws,

to regional councils
and set their dates for Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21, 2024.
