of 23 May 2023
amending Decree No 464 / 2012 Coll., on the specification of individual essential services and essential qualitative requirements for their provision, as amended by Decree No 203 / 2016 Coll.
Pursuant to Section 41 (1) of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Postal Services Act), as amended by Act No. 221 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 212 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 258 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2015 Coll., to implement Section 3 (3) of the Postal Services Act:
In Paragraph 14 (2) (d) of Decree No 464 / 2012 Coll., on the specification of individual basic services and basic qualitative requirements for their provision, as amended by Decree No 203 / 2016 Coll., "2 'is replaced by" 3'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
