THE LAW
of 20 April 2017
amending Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Section 48 (10) of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, the words "the municipality under the Act on Municipality or Region under the Act on Regions' are replaced by the words" the State, the municipality or the county '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
