DECLARATION
of 15 June 2015
amending Decree No. 326 / 2000 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public spaces names, on the method of use and location of numbers for the marking of buildings, on the formalities for reporting on the recalculation of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents needed for the allocation of numbers, as amended by Decree No. 193 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 153 (2) of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 313 / 2002 Coll., and pursuant to § 120 (2) of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended by Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 326 / 2000 Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public spaces names, on the method of use and location of numbers for the designation of buildings, on the formalities for reporting on the recalculation of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents needed for the allocation of numbers, as amended by Decree No. 193 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 (2), including footnote 3, shall be deleted and the designation of paragraph 1 shall be deleted.
2. In Article 5 (1), the words "between 1 and 9999 'shall be inserted after the words" Arabic numerals'.
3. In Article 5 (2), the word "small 'shall be inserted after the word" one'.
4. In Article 7 (b), the words "cadastral" are replaced by the words "basic register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate."
5. Article 8 shall be deleted, including the title;
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2015.
