DECLARATION
of 18 July 2014
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Ciboušov and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Definition of national natural heritage
(1) The National Natural Monument of Ciboušov ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territory of Vernéřov. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Subject matter of protection
The object of the protection of the national natural heritage is the mineralogical site of varieties of quartz amethyst and jasper.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or make modifications to the terrain surface or any interference with it;
(c) collect and carry from the territory of minerals or archaeological findings;
(d) authorise and carry out research or research work;
(e) indicate cycling or hiking routes; or
(f) to drive vehicles into the territory of the national natural heritage; consent is not required for vehicles of the essential components of the integrated rescue system3), municipal police, armed forces of the Czech Republic in the performance of the tasks of the armed forces and other public and public service bodies in the performance of the administration, veterinary services and vehicles needed to ensure the management and care of the land.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2014.
