DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 334 / 2004 Coll., on mechanising plant protection products
According to Section 88 (1) (c) of Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll., on Phytosanitary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws, the Ministry of Agriculture provides for:
Decree No. 334 / 2004 Coll., on mechanising plant protection products, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (b), "Paragraph 68 (2) of the Law 'is replaced by" Paragraph 67 (1) of the Law'.
2. in Article 5 (c):
"(c) the others shall be subjected to control testing at least once every 3 years."
3. In Annex 1, point 2:
"2. a registration sticker issued by the plant health administration with a registration number under which the type of mechanising device is kept in the official register."
4. In Annex 4, Part B, point 7.1, "14 'is replaced by" 6'.
5. In Annex No 5, Part A, point 2 (b), the table reads:

This Decree shall take effect on the 30th day following its publication.
