GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 April 2003
repealing Government Decree No 259 / 1999 Coll., on the protection of certain objects relevant to State defence
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (3) of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, and under § 29 (2) (c) of Act No. 222 / 1999 Coll., on securing the defence of the Czech Republic:
Government Decree No. 259 / 1999 Coll., on the protection of certain objects important to the State's defence is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2003.
