DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 3 July 1995
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in welfare establishments, as amended by Decree No. 139 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (a) and (c) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic institutions in social security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 582 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 139 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 8 (1), including footnote 6, reads as follows:
"(1) The food units shall be:
(a) in institutions for disabled young people, in institutes for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in institutes for disabled young people with multiple defects, in institutions for mentally disabled young people and in separate departments or institutes for weekly stays (6), in bodies for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in bodies for disabled young people with multiple defects or mentally disabled youth for dependants:
| 1. | ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 28,00 Kč až 38,00 Kč, |
| 2. | ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 32,00 Kč až 44,00 Kč, |
| 3. | ve věku od 12 let | 36,00 Kč až 50,00 Kč, |
| 4. | trvale upoutané na lůžko | 28,00 Kč až 50,00 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by 6 CZK per person per day, for diabetic diet by 12 CZK per person per day,
(b) in separate departments or institutes for the day-to-day residence of disabled young people, disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, disabled young people with multiple defects, mentally disabled young people and young people arriving in institutions for the disabled youth of the ward:
| 1. | ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 15,40 Kč až 20,90 Kč, |
| 2. | ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 17,60 Kč až 24,20 Kč, |
| 3. | ve věku od 12 let | 19,80 Kč až 27,50 Kč, |
| 4. | trvale upoutané na lůžko | 15,40 Kč až 27,50 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by CZK 3.60 per person per day, for diabetic diet by CZK 7.20 per person per day,
(c) in the homes of pensioners and other institutions for adult citizens, including the following institutes for weekly stays: 6)
| 1. | strava normální | 36,00 Kč až 50,00 Kč, |
| 2. | strava dietní | 40,00 Kč až 52,00 Kč, |
| 3. | dieta diabetická, bílkovinná a výživná | 50,00 Kč až 62,00 Kč, |
(d) in separate departments or institutes for the daily stay of adult citizens:
| 1. | strava normální | 19,80 Kč až 27,50 Kč, |
| 2. | strava dietní | 22,00 Kč až 28,60 Kč, |
| 3. | dieta diabetická, bílkovinná a výživná | 27,50 Kč až 34,10 Kč. |
6) § 74 of Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll. '.
2. In Paragraph 8 (5), in the part of the sentence after the semicolon, the amount "CZK 24" is replaced by "CZK 30."
3. In Paragraph 9 (2), the following shall be inserted in the first sentence after the words "purchase prices of raw materials':" for the preparation of a normal diet '.
4. In Paragraph 13 (2), the amount "CZK 24 'is replaced by" CZK 30'.
5. In Paragraph 14 (2), the following words are added at the end: "normal for the preparation of meals."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1995.
