DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition
of 27 October 1989
amending Decree No 73 / 1967 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Ministry of Forestry and Water, Coll., laying down the basic conditions for the supply of repairs to agricultural and forestry machinery, field and land works, chemistry and other agricultural works
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Article 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., in the full version published under No. 80 / 1989 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management No. 73 / 1967 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of repairs to agricultural and forestry machinery, field and land works, chemistry and other agricultural works, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 18, the second and third sentences are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 20 (1), the words "except in the case referred to in paragraph 2 'are deleted.
3. Paragraph 20 (2) is deleted; the numbering of paragraphs is also deleted.
4. In Paragraph 23 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
5. § 24 is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
