on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1972
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 94 408 230 000 Kčs |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 94 408 230 000 Kčs |
| (2) Dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky činí | 38 474 682 000 Kčs |
| (3) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky jsou obsaženy tyto finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů: | |
| souhrnný finanční vztah (neúčelové dotace) ve výši | 14 130 700 000 Kčs |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 15 118 500 000 Kčs |
Empowerment
The Government or, on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the State budget of the Republic, changes in the organisational plan, changes in the redistribution of depreciation payments between the production units and the adjustment of the general financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies of the national committees, provided that the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies have been established are changed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1972.
