of 22 December 1970
on changes in the system of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(2) The Committee of People's Control of the Czech Socialist Republic is responsible for reviewing the decisions of the Commission of People's Control of National Committees issued by the effective date of this Act.
The Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Socialist Republic are hereby repealed. Rights and obligations from employment relations are transferred from the Ministry of Planning to the Czech Planning Commission, from the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Socialist Republic to the Committee of People's Control of the Czech Socialist Republic and from the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to the authorities or organisations designated by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic.
(2) The provisions of § 10 (j), § 11 (c), § 51 (2) (3), "as well as the draft budget of the control body of the Czech National Council," and of § 51 (2) (5) are deleted from § 18 (1), § 19 (1), § 20, § 22 (3), § 28 (3), § 36 (1), § 68 (2), § 78 (1) and § 79 of this Act of the Control Body of the Czech National Council.
(3) The Act of the Czech National Council No. 7 / 1969 Coll., on the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Socialist Republic is hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1971.
