Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister on certain amendments to the Foreign Trade Minister Regulations on Foreign Trade Enterprises

on certain amendments to the Foreign Trade Minister's Regulations on Foreign Trade Enterprises
The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2, 18 and 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 312 / 1953 Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojexport, the Foreign Trade Company for Export and Import of Machinery and Machinery, as amended by Decree No 95 / 1960 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
STRAYEXPORT, foreign trade enterprise;
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The object of the business is foreign trade, in particular the export and import of stationary diesel engines and dieselagregrams, products and equipment of heavy current electrical equipment (including changers, distribution plants, foundries and electric furnaces), equipment for the production of building materials and for the production of ceramic, porcelain and similar products, as well as for the production of concrete prefabricates and parts, installations for the extraction and treatment of coal and ores and other minerals, diesel engines, compressors and pumps, as well as steel structures for the repair of railway vehicles, ships, dredges and floating stations for industrial and other cooling as well as for the modification of water and montage equipment, transport, storage, storage and lifting equipment, air engineering, as well as for pumps and pumps and pumps, armour, compressors, compressors, compressors, compressors, for industrial and other cooling as well as for the treatment of industrial and montage plants with partial production of electricity, power engines, diesel engines, diesel engines, diesel engines, diesel engines, diesel engines, compressors, compressors and pumps and pumps and pumps;

Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 313 / 1953 Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojimport, a foreign trade undertaking for the import and export of machinery and industrial equipment, as amended by Decree No 95 / 1960 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
STROJIMPORT, foreign trade enterprise;
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The business is engaged in foreign trade, in particular export and import of metal-working machines, tools, tools and meters for them, wood-working machines and wood-processing machines (including plywood, drying plants and furniture), pencil-making equipment, glass-making machines, machinery for the manufacture of machine tools, tools and meters, for the manufacture of bearings, for the manufacture of forging, metal utensils and cutlery, and finally for the delivery of forging machines, mills, chain-forges and screw-mills;
the authorisation of the undertaking shall also include the supply of parts of the installation, spare parts, components, projects, assembly and technical assistance, or construction parts of the supply, in so far as this relates to the goods reserved to the undertaking. ';
The Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 295 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Metalimex, a joint-stock company for the import and export of ores, metals and consumables to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
METALIMEX, Foreign Trade Company.
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 296 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Jablonex, a Czechoslovak public limited company for the export of Japanese goods, to a foreign trade company, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
JABLONEX, Foreign Trade Company;
2. Paragraph 2 (1) extends the subject matter of the business to artificial flowers.
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 298 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Chemapol, a joint stock company for the import and export of chemical products and raw materials, to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
CHEMAPOL, Foreign Trade Company.
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 299 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of the company Czechoslovak ceramics, Export and Import Stock Company, to a company for foreign trade, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
CZECH KERAMICA, Foreign Trade Company;
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign trade is the object of the business, in particular export and import of ceramic goods and goods of a related nature (raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products), abrasives and building materials, unless reserved to another foreign trade undertaking. '
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 300 / 1953 Ú. l, on the conversion of Artia, a Czechoslovak public limited company for the import and export of cultural goods, to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
ARTIA, Foreign Trade Company;
2. Paragraph 2 (1) extends the subject of business and musical instruments.
The Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 301 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Skloexport, a Czechoslovak public limited company for glass exports, to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
SKLOEXPORT, Foreign Trade Company;
2. Paragraph 2 (1) extends the subject matter of the business to glass yarn and other glass fibre products.
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 302 / 1953 Ú. l, on the conversion of Ligna, a joint stock company for the export and import of timber and timber products to a foreign trade undertaking, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
LIGNA, Foreign Trade Company;
2. Paragraph 2 (1) excludes musical instruments from the subject matter of business.
The Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 303 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Koospol, a public limited company for the import and export of food and agricultural products and needs, to an undertaking for foreign trade, as amended by Decree No 88 / 1955 Ú. l., is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
KOOSPOL, Foreign Trade Company.
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 304 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Ferromet, a Czechoslovak public limited company for export and import of metallurgical products, into a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
FERROMET, Foreign Trade Company.
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 305 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Koh-i-noor, a public limited company for export and import of equipment and small consumer goods, to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
PRAGOEXPORT, Foreign Trade Company;
2. Article 2 (1) excludes artificial flowers from the business.
Decree No 69 / 1959 of the Minister for Foreign Trade of the Ú. l., on the establishment of the Omnipol, the Foreign Trade Company for the export and import of sports and hunting weapons and ammunition to them, as well as sports and civil aircraft, shall be amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, the name of the undertaking is changed by:
OMNIPOL, foreign business.
The Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister referred to in Article I to XIII shall be amended as follows:
1.
(1) The undertaking is a separate legal entity.
(2) The company is an economic organisation which manages itself and is responsible for its obligations with its assets.
(3) Neither the State nor any other organisation is liable for the undertaking's actions and commitments.
(4) The company is not liable for the obligations of the State or other organisations.
(5) An undertaking shall be registered as owner of immovable property. '
2. In Article 5, the words "the Director-General 'are replaced by the words" the Director-General'.

(1) The company is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
(2) The Minister of Foreign Trade issues further provisions on the mission and main tasks of the enterprise, its organisation, management, conduct of business and supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade. The financing, lending, payment, invoicing and cash operations of an undertaking shall be governed by specific rules. ';
4. The following Section 9 (a) is inserted after Section 9 of the Statutes on Foreign Trade in Strojexport and Strojimport and after Section 8 of the Statutes:
"The company may conclude association contracts with supplier and customer economic organisations in order to improve supply and customer relations and to improve the economic efficiency of foreign trade and production. '
(1) On 1 January 1966, the rights and obligations of each of the foreign trade undertakings referred to in Article I to XIII shall be transferred to that other undertaking before 1 January 1966, provided that such rights and obligations arose from trade in goods which will be reserved for another foreign trade undertaking from 1 January 1966.
(2) The other rights and obligations of each of the foreign trade undertakings referred to in Articles I to XIII, arising before 1 January 1966 in respect of the subject of business reserved for another foreign trade undertaking from 1 January 1966, shall be transferred to that other undertaking on that date, unless the two undertakings agree otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
(3) For Strojexport and Strojimport, instead of 1 January 1966, referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the date of 1 July 1966 applies.
(4) Rights conferred on third parties under other legislation shall not be affected by the transfer of rights and obligations under paragraphs 1 to 3.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1966, with the exception of Articles I (2) and II (2), which shall take effect on 1 July 1966. *)

*) For Strojexport and Strojimport undertakings until 30 June 1966, the subject matter of the business under Paragraph 2 (1) of Decree No 312 / 1953 of the Úl and Decree No 313 / 1953 Úl applies.
