DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management
of 3 October 1960
on the delegation of the financial and accounting services to the property of land reforms
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management provides in agreement with the Ministry of Finance pursuant to Section 6 of Act No. 98 / 1950 Coll., on the abolition of the National Land Fund at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform Funds and on the merger of their assets:
The financial and accounting services of the property nature of the land reforms carried out so far by the State Savings Bank in Prague 1 and the State Savings Bank in Bratislava, and the actions related thereto are carried over gradually and to the extent specified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water in the agreement with the Ministry of Finance to the Regional National Committees.
Decree of the Minister for Agriculture No 129 / 1951 Coll., on the transfer of financial and accounting services to property property of land reforms is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
