DECLARATION
of 11 April 2005
on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of the Age Calendar, the establishment of its closer protection conditions and its protection zone
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) and § 37 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Subject matter
(1) The National Natural Monument of the Calendar of Ages (the "National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The subject of protection is the stratotype of the upper pleistocene in the dry face of the dust exposed in the profile at the north foot of the Pavlov hills.
Definition of national natural heritage
The national natural monument is situated in the cadastral territory of Lower Vestonice. The boundaries of the national natural monument are determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the S-JTSK1 coordinate system). The list of coordinates of the closed geometric pattern and its individual vertices arranged as follows in the pattern are contained in Annex 1 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument is contained in Annex 3 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions for national natural heritage
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority (§ 44 (2) and § 79 (3) (g) of the Act) can the national natural monument:
(a) make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (2);
(b) store any materials.
Protection zone
The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the cadastral territory of Lower Vestonice. The border of the national natural monument protection zone is a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the valid S-JTSK1 coordinate system). The list of coordinates of the geometric pattern and its individual vertices arranged as follows in the pattern are contained in Annex 2 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the territory of the protection zone of the national natural heritage is contained in Annex 3 to this Decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 May 2005.
