THE LAW
of 4 April 2001
amending Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Memorial Care, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended by Act No. 242 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 361 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the third sentence of Article 14 (7), the words "Ministry of Culture 'are replaced by the words" Delegated Authority'.
2. in Article 28a (a), the words "development concept" are replaced by the words "aid concept."
3. In the introductory sentence of Article 35 (1), the words "to a legal or natural person who" shall be replaced by "to a legal person or to a natural person entitled to business if, in the course of his business'.
4. In the introductory sentence of Article 35 (2), the words "a legal or natural person who" shall be replaced by "a legal person or a natural person entitled to do business if, in the course of his business'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
