Czech National Council
of 19 December 1975
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1976
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 117 117 205 000 Kčs, |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou (příloha č. 1). | 117 117 205 000 Kčs |
| (2) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky jsou obsaženy | |
| a) dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 50 300 000 000 Kčs, |
| b) finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to: | |
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 15 592 400 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši (příloha č. 2). | 20 502 300 000 Kčs |
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational changes, changes in the context of specifying the construction of the Czechoslovak section of the Orenburg pipeline and the adjustment of non-earmarked subsidies and special-purpose subsidies to national committees if the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies have been determined change.
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 117 / 1971 Coll., on the budgetary determination of income and administration of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions, is amended as follows:
"(c) social security contributions under the laws referred to in points (a) and (b) to the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic, with the exception of social security contributions from organisations managed by national committees, which shall be entered in the budget of the Management National Committee."
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1976.
