amending and supplementing Regulation No 160 / 1952 Ú. l., laying down more detailed rules on the regulation of road transport business
The Ministry of Transport provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 10 (2) of Act No. 57 / 1950 Coll., on the modification of the road transport business:
The Decree of the Ministry of Transport No 160 / 1952 Ú. l, which lays down more detailed regulations on the regulation of road transport business, is amended as follows:
Article 16 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Other organisations can carry out across state lines *)
(a) without authorisation for collective and non-mass transport of persons for their own use and for the collective and non-mass transport of their own workers and their family members or members of their household for tourist, cultural and physical purposes;
(b) the authorisation of bulk and non-mass transport of persons for hire or reward, if not covered by point (a), and of goods for hire or reward. "
2. The following paragraph is added to Paragraph 16:
"(3) The shipments referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 may be carried out only by vehicles the technical and visual condition of which has been found to be satisfactory at the time of the technical inspection * *) not earlier than 1 year before the date of the intended exit. In the case of public passenger transport, the driver must carry a passenger list. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969.

*) Under certain international agreements, or under the regulations of certain states, authorisation of a foreign State to transport on its territory is required, or other conditions are laid down. In general, occasional tourist services are excluded from the authorisation procedure of a foreign State if the same persons are carried by the same vehicle and if their transport begins and ends in the territory of the country where the vehicle is registered.
