of 31 October 1950
on the delegation of administrative responsibilities with the headquarters of the areas to the headquarters of the lines.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The administrative powers exercised by the headquarters of the areas under the relevant rules shall be transferred to the headquarters of the circuits.
This Regulation shall take effect on 15 October 1950; they shall be carried out by the Minister for National Defence.
