Decree on the issue of provisional stamp stamps in modified colours and the issue of such stamp stamps in other crown values

Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 30 November 1945
on the issue of provisional stamp stamps in modified colours and the issue of such stamp stamps in other crown values.
Under Article 2 of the Order of 28 March 1854, No 70, I declare:
1. Instead of the provisional stamp, issued by the Order of 12 June 1945, No. 11 Coll. of 1945, new provisional stamp stamp, shape, presentation and drawing of the upper print and the underprint against the current provisional stamp shall be issued, but in such modified colours:
(a) the upper print of the newly issued stamp is made for pennies in the carmine red colour, for crown in the blue colour;
b) the ornamental motif of the underprint is made for values of pennies in blue, for values of crowns in crimson red.
These stamp stamps are issued in all values listed under No 2 of Decree No. 11 / 1945 Coll.
2. New temporary stamp stamps can be used for the preparation of fees, business taxes and official duties in administrative matters with immediate effect, but only in the territory of the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
3. The existing stamp stamp, issued by Decree No. 11 / 1945 Coll., can be used to prepare the benefits listed under No. 2 of this decree only until 5 December 1945. By the passing of this day, they will be taken out of circulation.
The use of these stamp stamps to make fees, trade taxes and levies available as official acts in administrative matters after 5 December 1945 will be regarded as non-compliance with the statutory duty and will, in turn, have the harmful consequences laid down in the relevant legislation.
In the case of judicial and extrajudicial submissions, the date on which the stamp was used shall be the date on which the court or office was lodged or the receipt was made (recommended).
4. In the near future, they will be issued in the modifications and colours provided for in the provisions 1 of this Decree, with the indication of the new abbreviation of the currency unit "Kčs', the provisional stamp of the other crown values of 2 Kcs, 20 Kcs and 100 Kcs. They will also be valid only for Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
