DECLARATION
of 28 May 2024
amending Decree No 520 / 2005 Coll., on the scope of the expenditure and revenue foregone paid by the administrative authority to other persons and on the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs, as amended by Decree No 112 / 2017 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Section 176 of Act No. 500 / 2004 Coll., administrative rules:
Decree No 520 / 2005 Coll., on the extent of the expenditure and income foregone paid by the administrative authority to other persons and on the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs, as amended by Decree No 112 / 2017 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (3) and Article 4, the words "the Act on Travel Replacements (5)" shall be replaced by the words "the Labour Code";
footnote 5 is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 6 (1), the amount "CZK 1,000 'is replaced by" CZK 2,500'.
Transitional provision
The costs of proceedings initiated and final before the date of entry into force of this Order shall be determined in accordance with existing legislation.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
