GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 May 2022
on the establishment of selected non-native species for which no authorisation is required for planting in the fishing area of the non-indigenous species into the landscape under the Nature and Landscape Conservation Act (Government Regulation on selected non-indigenous species)
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 12 (6) of Act No. 99 / 2004 Coll., on the Pond, the exercise of fishing law, the fishing guard, the conservation of marine fisheries resources and the amendment of certain laws (Act on Fisheries), as amended by Act No. 364 / 2021 Coll.:
Selected non-native species
Non-indigenous species for which planting in the fishing zone is not required for the deliberate distribution of non-indigenous species to the landscape under the Nature and Landscape Conservation Act are:
(a) rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykkis),
(b) siven (Salvelinus fontinalis),
(c) alpine siven (Salvelinus umbla);
(d) Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii),
(e) Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii),
(f) smooth sturgeon (Acipenser nudiventris),
(g) star sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus),
(h) white amur (Ctenopharyngodon idella),
(i) white tolstolobiac (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix);
(j) tolstolobik (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis);
(k) the sieve of the pellets (Coregonus peled); and
(l) the sieve of the maréna (Coregonus maraena).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2022.
