DECLARATION
of 15 May 2009
on the establishment of a natural healing spa Lednice in the cadastral territory of Lednice in Moravia
According to § 46 (3) (a), the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of § 25 (3) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on natural medical resources, sources of natural mineral waters, natural spa and spa sites and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
For natural spa treatments Refrigerator is defined by a set of medical and other related facilities for providing spa care in the cadastral territory of Lednice in Moravia.
A set of medical and other related facilities for providing spa care is listed in the Annex to this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
