COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 8 June 2007
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.5.2007 and 31.5.2007:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2007 (dated 19.4.2007 with effect from 1.1.2007 to 31.12.2007) concluded between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
A union of paper and cellulose industry.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the sector of woodworking, furniture, consumer industry and forestry in the Czech Republic (dated 19 April 2007 with effect from 1 May 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
The Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
