GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 July 1995
repealing Government Regulation No 334 / 1993 Coll., on the regulatory and penalty measures in the wage area, as amended by Government Regulation No 29 / 1995 Coll.
The government orders pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 334 / 1993 Coll., on the regulation and sanction measures in the wage area, as amended by Government Decree No. 29 / 1995 Coll., is hereby repealed.
The calculation and reimbursement of the regulation and sanction measures for 1993 and 1994 and the examination of the application for the avoidance of hardness of the measure shall be carried out in accordance with existing rules.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
