DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 5 December 1978
amending Decree No 156 / 1968 Coll., on veterinary examination of domestic slaughter of certain slaughter animals, as amended by Decree No 123 / 1970 Coll. and Decree No 140 / 1975 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and other participating central government bodies, provides pursuant to § 15 (1) of Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, and § 18 of Act No. 66 / 1961 Coll., on Veterinary Care:
Decree No. 156 / 1968 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 123 / 1970 Coll. and Decree No. 140 / 1975 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 5 (1), "which shall apply until 31 December 1978 'is replaced by" which shall apply until 31 December 1981';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
