amending and supplementing Decree No 119 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the supply of self-propelled motor vehicles, on the supply of string ripples, on the return of used self-propelled motor vehicles and on their prices
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Section 1 of Act No. 80 / 1948 Coll., which empowers the Minister of Agriculture to take action in agricultural production and pursuant to Section 10 (2) of Decree No. 60 / 1959 Coll., on the scope of planning, pricing and control:
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry No 119 / 1959 of the Úl. is amended as follows:
Paragraph 6 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) In order to ensure the production of self-propelled motor vehicles and, where applicable, other products, agricultural plants which do not use automatic beat-up kits shall be required to submit to local collectors or local collectors of the national collection material responsible for collecting the non-sorted residues of used self-cleaning motor vehicles at least 40% of the weight of the motor vehicles issued for the current year by 31 January next year. No more than 3% of straw and other ingredients shall be present in the weight of the surrendered residues. '
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
