DECLARATION
of 16 May 2025
on the determination of natural spa treatments in Buchlovice
According to § 46 (3) (a), the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of § 25 (3) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on natural medical resources, sources of natural mineral waters, natural spa and spa sites and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
The natural spa of Buchlovice is the area where there is a collection of medical and other facilities for providing spa rehabilitation care in the cadastral territory of Buchlovice.
The boundaries of the natural spa area of Buchlovice according to § 1 are graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map, which is listed in Annex 1 to this decree. A set of medical and other facilities used to provide spa rehabilitation care in the natural spa of Buchlovice is listed in Annex 2 to this decree. The list of refraction points of the boundaries of the territory of the natural treatment spa Buchlovice in the coordinate system of the Single Trigonometric Network (S- JTSK) is set out in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
