GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 June 2018
amending Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 3 (5) and § 58 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 472 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the System of Education in Basic, Medium and Higher Vocational Training, as amended by Government Regulation No. 367 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 167 / 2014 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 197 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Section D, Part D2, point 53, the row:
"53-41-M / 01Medical assistant53-41-M / 007Medical assistant1, 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 11, 16, 21, 232. etapa2)"
is replaced by:
"53-41-M / 01Medical assistant53-41-M / 007Medical assistant1, 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 11, 16, 21, 2313) '.
2. In Annex 1, Section D, Part D2, point 53, after the row:
"53-41-M / 02Nutritional assistant53-41-M / 008Nutritional assistant9a, 23, 26, 273. leg 3)"
insert rows
"53-41-M / 03Practical nurses 53-41-M / 01Medical assistant1, 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 11, 16, 21, 2314) 53-41-M / 04Masseur in medical7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 23, 2614) '.
3. In Annex 1, Section D, at the end of Part D2, the following entries are added to Table D2 No 13 and 14:
"13) The period of validity of the field of education shall expire on 1 September 2019, starting from the first year.
14) The field of education providing secondary education with a graduate examination with effect from the school year 2018 / 2019 starting from the 1st year. '
4. In Annex 1, Section E, Part E2, point 53, the row:
"53-41-N / 2. Diplominated medical EMT 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 23'
is replaced by:
"53-41-N / 2. Diplominated medical EMTs 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 234) '.
5. In Annex 1, Section E, Part E2, point 53, after the row:
"53-41-N / 4. Diplominated nutritional therapet4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 23'
insert row
"53-41-N / 5. Diplominated pediatric nurses 4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 235) '.
6. In Annex 1, Section E, Part E2, point 53, the row:
"53-44-N / 3. Diplominated ortho-protetik4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 23'
is replaced by:
"53-44-N / 3. Diplominated orthotic4, 7a, 8a, 9a, 16, 236) '.
7. In Annex No 1, Section E, the following notes to Table E2 4 to 6 are added at the end of Part E2:
"(4) The period of validity of the field of education shall expire on 1 September 2019 as from the 1st year.
5) The field of education providing higher vocational education with effect from the school year 2018 / 2019 starting from the 1st year.
6) The field of education is terminated on 1 September 2018. '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
