GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 June 2013
amending Government Regulation No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be equipped with a special audible warning device accompanied by a special blue warning light
The Government mandates pursuant to § 137 (1) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws ("the Act ') to implement § 41 (3) of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be fitted with a special audible warning device, accompanied by a special blue warning light, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (i) is added:
"(i) Deputy Minister for Internal Security."
2. In Article 1 (2), "(e) to (h) 'is replaced by" (e) to (i)';
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
