amending Decree No. 355 / 2006 Coll., laying down the methods and conditions for registration, operation, method and conditions for testing historical and sports vehicles
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., and Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll. ("Act ') for the implementation of § 7 (4), § 79b (7) and Section 79c (4) Act:
Decree No. 355 / 2006 Coll., on the method and conditions of registration, operation, method and conditions of testing of historical and sports vehicles, is amended as follows:
1. At the end of the text of the title of the decree, the words "and the manner and conditions of testing of a road vehicle which is registered in the register of road vehicles' shall be added.
2. In Article 1, at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (f) to (h) are added:
"(f) the method and conditions for testing a road vehicle which is registered in the register of road vehicles (the road vehicle);
(g) a model application for recognition of the testing of a road vehicle;
(h) a model of evidence of recognition of the testing of a road vehicle for historical origin. ';
3. In Article 6 (6), the words "Authorised Legal 'are replaced by the words" Legal'.
4. The following Section 6a is inserted after Section 6:
Road vehicle testing
(1) The testing of a road vehicle is carried out by a legal person through his authorised club testing committees.
(2) The legal person shall provide the local competent authority with a list of the members of its designated club test boards with their signature designs and demonstrate the scope of the authorisation for testing road vehicles.
(3) The legal person ensures the training of members of his entrusted club testing committees for testing road vehicles.
(4) The testing of road vehicles takes place as a single-stage club testing of road vehicles, which controls the historical originality of the vehicle.
(5) The result of the road vehicle testing shall be indicated by the legal person in the application for testing of the historical vehicle. Testing shall be valid until 31 May of the following year. The legal person shall transmit to the competent authority at the latest by 30 June of the current calendar year lists of vehicles that have undergone positive testing.
(6) If the road vehicle does not meet the conditions of the international technical code or international sports regulations during testing, testing shall be terminated. The legal person shall keep an overview of the unsuccessful testing of road vehicles.
(7) Points 2 to 7 of Annex 6 to this Decree shall apply mutatis mutandis to the testing of a road vehicle.
(8) The model of the application for recognition of the testing of a road vehicle is set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation and the model of the evidence of recognition of the testing of a road vehicle for historical originality is set out in Annex 8 to this Regulation. ';
5. Annex 3 shall read as follows:

6. Point 3 of Annex 6 reads as follows:
'3. According to the international technical code, a mechanically driven vehicle of at least 30 years old may be approved as a historical vehicle, which is stored and maintained in a historically authentic state. '
7. In Annex 6, point 13 is deleted.
8. The following Annexes 7 and 8 are added:

Transitional provisions
(1) In the testing of a historical vehicle already registered in a register of historical and sports vehicles of less than 30 years of age, point 3 of Annex 6 shall apply in the version effective until the entry into force of this Decree.
(2) The forms of application for testing of a historic vehicle manufactured before the entry into force of this Decree may be used by 31 December 2013 at the latest.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
