Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure

1. In the second sentence of Article 73a (1), "§ 241 (2), (3) 'is replaced by" § 241 (2) to (4)'.

That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
